For the second year, Jeffrey A. Dodge, Associate Dean for Students & Administration and Associate Clinical Professor of Law, has been asked to serve on a work-life balance panel for the University Leadership Academy.  Work-life balance can be a challenge for leaders as they engage in all aspects of their lives.  The panel is meant to provide observations, insights, and strategies to the current Academy Cohort.  The panel is on Wednesday, February 8. The University of Idaho Leadership Academy is a program open to university faculty and staff throughout the state. The program's mission is to provide ongoing opportunities that integrate the development of knowledge and skills in leadership, building our institutional leadership capacity.  The Leadership Academy, sponsored by the Office of the Provost and coordinated by the Vice Provost for Academic Affairs, focuses on national, institutional, and personal leadership knowledge and development.
