IP-Watch and Infojustice.org have published an article by Professor Annemarie Bridy on the Internet service provider (ISP) safe harbor provisions of the Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP) Agreement. Focusing on how the design of ISP safe harbors impacts Internet users and online speech, the article compares the TPP to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Professor Bridy's article is the first in a series of invited submissions analyzing the TPP's intellectual property provisions. Additional submissions on the IP Chapter from experts around the world will publish weekly on both platforms through the first quarter of 2016.
