On October 26, 2016, Associate Professor Shaakirrah R. Sanders presented, The Fourth Amendment Implications of Compelled Decryption, at the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners Annual Fraud Conference in Spokane, Washington. Topics included, but were not limited to, the government's authority to conduct searches and seizures and the impact on individual privacy that could result if companies or individuals are required to assist law enforcement by creating or manufacturing technology. The Association of Certified Fraud Examiners Annual Fraud Conference offers two days of fraud-fighting information designed to provide business professionals, government employees, accountants, and private investigators with the knowledge you need to make a difference for your organization and community.
