Hometown: Twin Falls, Idaho
College/Undergraduate Institution: Boise State University. I received a B.A. in Spanish with a minor in Political Science.
Law School Interests: I am in the Boise Third-Year Program and am currently involved in Idaho Law Review, Women’s Law Caucus (Secretary, 2014-2015 Vice President), ITLA Street Law Clinic (UI Student Liaison), International Law Students Association (2014-2015 Vice President), and Legal Research and Writing (2014-2015 Teaching Assistant). I am interested in pursuing a career in family law, and have a limited license to practice law as a legal intern in Idaho.
Prior to law school I worked for two years as a case manager at a personal injury law firm to gain experience in the legal field and determine whether or not becoming an attorney was my passion. I decided it was and that brought me to the University of Idaho College of Law. I am an Idaho girl through and through and enjoy hiking, camping, swimming and rock climbing. I also love to travel and have been to Central America, South America and Europe. I am a strong advocate for study abroad programs and studied abroad in Costa Rica while earning my undergraduate degree, and Spain during law school. I love Idaho and plan to practice here, primarily in the area of family law, after I graduate.
