One of the great things about attending the U of I College of Law is that you get the chance spend springtime on the Palouse. Today, the weather is absolutely beautiful-blue skies, sun shining, flowers blossoming, and the fields are green. The lilac bushes are blooming, and smell wonderful.
Sure, the weather here can sometimes be unpredictable-sunny and warm all week, and then suddenly, one morning you wake up and it’s snowing, but that is springtime on the Palouse.
There are a lot of ways to enjoy the outdoors. The Chipman trail between Moscow and nearby Pullman, WA provides the community with a great opportunity get outdoors and exercise, and is located just a few minutes from the law school. The U of I campus has trails and paths that intersect with the Chipman Trail and other paths/trails in Moscow.
Additionally, the campus has a lot of trees and green space incorporated into its design, so if you only have a few minute study break, take the chance to head outside and enjoy the (sunny, rainy or snowy or windy) weather!
